SOLARWIN parameters to design and build the complete solar village per your request. This road map describes in details the process of the complete project for qualified clients.
Mile stone no 1. Free of charge project study service & actions items
1. The client fills the project application (CIS and NDA Forms)
2. Solarwin & Client teams will study both parties’ requirements in details
3. Client fills all the required project details
4. The client study all documents related to the project
5. The client, review the “Bankable Project development Book” contract and sign it.
Mile stone no 2: What include the “Bankable Project development Book”
1. Data gathering and complete project Due Diligence
2. Complete project design
3. Civil Engineering (see below)
4. Project Allocation
5. Agriculture and type of vegetables and/or Herbs
6. Feasibility study
7. Business plan
8. Financial analysis
9. Detailed Project Reports
10. Electrical Engineering
11. Design the off-grid power station.
12. Procurements of all the equipment
13. Local Sub Contractors
14. Detailed Design Review
15. Project Construction
16. Performance Acceptance Test
17. Client responsibilities. (to submit the civil engineering proposals)
18. Project funding review
19. Meeting with investors.
Mile stone no 3: Green Funding companies process
1. Solarwin will submit the client “Bankable Project Development Book” to:
- Green Fund Companies
- Finance company
- World Bank African Division
- UN African Division
2. Funding companies will submit questionnaires for their internal Due Diligence process
3. The Client will Get an offer from the funding companies with the following options:
- Loan
- Grant
- Mortage
- Partnership
4. Meetings the funding company Representative.
5. Client will meet and negotiate & sign MOU with one of the funding companies
6. The funding company Rep Submit the meetings report
7. The funding company will meet the client for signing aagreement
8. Fund transfer in trenches to client company bank account after 30-60 days according both parties’ agreement
Mile stone 4: Village construction work
All the village construction will be managed according the Project Developing Book
- Place the signed order for Solarwin and other orders to local construction companies
- Greenhouse construction by local employee and Solarwin supervision team
- Solar plant construction by local employee and Solarwin supervision team
- Project commission and hand over
